The New York State Historical Records Advisory Board is attempting to locate repositories of historical records in our state.

We are interested in learning more about your organization if your collections are open for research, and they contain original historical materials in any of the following forms:

• manuscripts (letters, diaries)
• photographs
• ledger or account books
• maps
• blueprints
• scrapbooks
• video or audio tapes
• microfilm or microfiche
• motion picture film
• computer records
